The Grand Canyon we see today was created by the Colorado River over 6 million years and ranges from 4 to 18 miles wide. In addition to the spectacular views from the rim, branches of the canyon contain their own wonders. Havasu and Mooney Falls, in the Havasupai Indian Reservation, are among the most unique and spectacular falls to be seen anywhere.
